The industrialization of core printing at the BMW Group plant in Landshut
This year, we are particularly proud to announce that the first additive series production system for 3D-printed water jacket cores (ICP - Industrialization of Core Printing, in cooperation with Loramendi) is in full operation at the BMW Group plant in Landshut. Our VX1300 X is part of this unique production cell. It exploits the full potential in combination with integrated automation processes, unpacking and finishing processes. We are aware that every production environment is special and requires a specific automation concept tailored to the industry and application in order to optimize your production in the long term. We would be happy to discuss this with you in more detail.

"Loramendi has been developing systems for the foundry industry for more than 45 years and today enjoys a worldwide reputation. We are known as a manufacturer of robust, reliable machines and solutions specifically designed to meet the specific challenges of the foundry industry. We are very excited about this new journey that will completely change the landscape of the foundry industry and set new standards for core making."

Our VX1300 X
The VX1300 X 3D printer is our unique solution for the additive series production of highly complex sand cores for metal casting. Productivity is just one of the many characteristics of the VX1300 X. Designed to be intelligent and low-maintenance, the VX1300 X can be integrated into existing networked Industry 4.0 production environments. The tool-free production of highly complex sand casting cores maximizes the design freedom of designers and minimizes tool costs at the same time. You can find us here
